11/5 Only 800 words behind

I've written over 5800 words, but since I need 1667 words per day, I'm about 800 words behind as of last night. Too bad, because tonight I work my second job, so no writing. I will have plenty of time this weekend though to catch up--I hope. Other than two rehearsals for a show, I'll be home all the time. My fingers are rarin' to go...

11/3 Why did I do this?

Only day 3 of 30 and I feel crappy. Physically. I think I'll stay home from work tomorrow if I don't feel better. But if I'm sick enough to stay home, then I'm sick enough not to write. But at least this explains my lethargy the last few days. Right now my throat is really sore. I've been drinking hot tea all day and hope I'll feel better after a good night's sleep.

11/2 Word counts begin

On the first day of NANOWRIMO, I did around 1600 words, which is a little under the goal of 1667 per day in order to reach 50,000 by midnight on November 30. I still feel good about it though, because of not being home during the day. Also, I won't be able to write much tonight, if at all, since I have rehearsal. So I'll really have to catch up this weekend. Stay tuned.

10/31 Energy level

Can't believe that I have no energy today. I hope that when the NANO writing begins tomorrow that my energy will increase. I feel so lazy today. Yuck.
