My life's not an adventure, but it keeps me awake. Sometimes.

I returned to the states in June 2004, and began what I expected to be a boring life. My expectations were not met. Sure some of it is mind-numbing, but I've been having mini-adventures that keep me pseudo-sane.

Thanks, Gin and Beata. This was such fun. I added the one of me just to prove I was there. Also, a guy took a picture of all three of us. I must have missed it. Will add it later. Love those pics of me with the kids. These are indeed good memories. :)

What great pictures. Both kids are just adorable, but I can't get over how much Kayla looks like Jill did at that age, even in their expressions...Joe said your mom would have wanted to just eat her up. Glad they had such a good time, and with passes, maybe you can do it all again really soon.

Thanks, Cindy (and Joe). I agree about Kayla looking like Jill. Her hair is lighter, but there is so much similarity that I sometimes call her "Jill." The kids make fun of me for that one. :)

Indeed, Bron. Playing with the kids lets me act silly and still be "appropriate." Most of the time I'm just silly on my own--but the kids give me a good excuse.
